First blog!

Right... I have finally gotten round to starting a blog to entail my journey to Poland for my traineeship!

This blog would be to share my stories, photos, thoughts, random ideas and feelings from the beginning to the end of my traineeship. Maybe it'll trace changes in my perception of certain things throughout my journey, and hopefully growth in some areas.

This blog is by no means substitute for regular update emails and certainly no one is expected to check this all the time (being a slack blog reader myself :P). However it will be my channel to blab on about day to day happenings, or my own KM(Knowledge Management) as Gitti calls it ;)

I'm leaving in 2 days time.
How am I feeling? excited/nervous? I've actually been asked that a lot in the last few weeks.
Yes, I'm both, but I've been matched a few months ago now and the feeling of 'ready to go' supercedes them both at the moment. Maybe it'll all kick in when I'm on the plane or only seeing foreign languages everywhere or something? The 'ready to go' feeling is mostly mental though, logistically I feel like I've still got heaps to do! Learn more Polish, pack, bank stuff sorted, pharmacy stuff, Teaching English course etc etc...
